Mayor McCarty replied that the Council was taking it into consideration and he recommended that Mr. Braslau would be able to suggest the type of barrier that would best suit the area. Mayor McCarty closed the public hearing and reopened the regular meeting at 8:31 PM. Motion /Second: Hodges /Doty to approve tax exempt financing for Tyson Trucking and approve Resolution No. 1324 and waive the reading of the resolution, and approve the development agreement to be drawn up, to take into consideration the noise. 4 ayes 0 nays Mayor McCarty stated he was concerned that a thorough financial check be done on Tyson Trucking. Russell Prince, of Juran Moody, Inc., replied that they were ,:onsidering doing a private placement of the bonds, and Tyson Trucking will be subjected to a very close scrutiny of their financial statements. He added that he has reviewed them already and find they are very qualified. He also stated that they do not plan 100% financing and he does not believe the end financing will exceed $2,000,000. Mayor McCarty noted that the public hearing for the Kraus - Anderson tax exempt financing had been cancelled. Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to set a new date for the Kraus - Anderson tax exempt financing public hearing, to be August 10, 1981 at 7:40 PM and 7:50 PM. 4 ayes 0 nays Mayor McCarty asked that Item G be removed for discussion. Dtion /Second: Doty /McCarty to approve the consent agenda, minus Item G, and waive the reading of the resolutions. 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried 6. Tax Exempt Financing for Kraus- Anderson Development on North Side of County Road I Motion Carried 7. Approval of the Consent Agenda Motion Carried
