ouncilmember Blanchard had no report.
Councilmember Hodges requested that an appro-
priate resolution be drawn up for the retire-
ment after 25 years of service of one of the
firemen. Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied
that he would draw one up.
Councilmember Hodges requested that a copy
of the resolution regarding the Youth Services
Bureau be sent to the County commissioners.
Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied that he
would send one.
Mayor McCarty requested that Clerk- Administra-
tor Pauley arrange a meeting with Spring Lake
Park, to set a course of action regarding the
airport, to include the City Attorney.
Mayor McCarty asked that Mr. Eisberg be invited
to appear before the Council and discuss what
the City is getting in return for investments
of R -1 and R -2, versus commercial. Clerk/
Administrator Pauley stated he would invite
'dm to the first agenda session in August.
Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that he
would be presenting the Council with many
budget items in the near future, He added
he would let them know when the draft is
available. He also informed them of some
pending budget problems.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to direct
the Clerk/Administrator to inform all Department
Heads that budget requests be routed through.
