July 27, 1981

The Mounds View City Council was called 1. CALL TO ORDER
to order at 5:45 P.M. on June 27, 1981
by Mayor McCarty.
Members present: Hodges, Forslund, 2. ROLL CALL
Blanchard, and Mayor McCarty.
Others present: Attorney Richard Meyers
and Clerk - Administrator Pauley.
Absent: Doty.
Mayor McCarty opened the meeting by
discussing the status of the Storm
Drainage Management (SDM) Fund and
future projects which might be financed
with monies from this fund.
City Attorney Richard Meyers reviewed
with the Council the conditions under
which SDM fees were collected and
eligible uses for the funds.
Mayor McCarty asked when SDM fees are
due and payable. Meyers advises that
Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code calls
for payment when a building permit is
issued.
Motion /Second: Forslund /Hodges to
adjourn the meeting at 6:04 P.M.
