The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling
of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council.
The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The
motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous
approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, any item can
be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda
for debate.
ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 1340 - Designating Polling Places
ITEM B. Adopt Resolution No. 1341 - Ratifying the Appointment
of Election Judges for the Special Election
ITEM C. Authorize Clerk- Administrator to Advertise for
Applicants for the Community Service Officer Position
and Police Chief and Clerk - Administrator to Recommend
Replacement to the City Council
ITEM D. Authorize the Placement of a Three -Way Stop at the
Intersection of Jackson Drive and Lambert Avenue
for a 60 Day Trial Period
ITEM E. Award Contract for Infiltration /Inflow Analysis
to Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc.
at a Cost not to Exceed $43,400 and Authorize Mayor
and Clerk- Administrator to Enter into a Contract
ITEM F. Adopt Resolution No. 1344 - Approving Memorandum
of Understanding With International Brotherhood
