The Mounds View City Council was called to order 1. Call to Order
by Acting Mayor Hodges at 7:30 PM on August 10,
1981.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Forslund, 2. Roll Call
Blanchard and Acting Mayor Hodges. It was noted
that Mayor McCarty was on vacation.
ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, City
Attorney Meyers and Building and Zoning
Official Rose.
Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to approve
he minutes of the July 27, 1981 special
sleeting as corrected.
3 ayes 0 nays 1 abstain
Councilmember Doty stated he was abstaining
from voting on either set of minutes from July
27 as he had not been at those meetings.
Motion /Second: Blanchard /Forslund to approve
as corrected the minutes of the July 27, 1981
regular meeting.

Motion /Second: Forslund /Doty to approve the
consent agenda as submitted and waive the
reading of the resolutions.
