Aotion /Second: Doty /Hodges to accept the
resignation from the Police Department secre-
tary, Marilyn Lidberg, and accept Ms. Pat
Michna as the replacement in the full time
position.

Acting Mayor Hodges closed the regular
meeting and opened the first public hearing
for the tax exempt financing for Kraus -
Anderson at 7:40 PM.
Attorney Meyers explained the purpose of the
public hearing for the tax exempt financing.
Richard Korsch, attorney for Kraus - Anderson,
gave a brief summary of what the funding would
be used for.
Acting Mayor Hodges._ closed the public hearing
and reopened the regular meeting at 7:47 PM.

_resolution No. 1347, giving preliminary approval
to an industrial development project under the
Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development Act,
and waive the reading.

and opened the second public hearing for the
tax exempt financing for Krause - Anderson at
7:49 PM.
Mr. Korsch explained that they had asked for
two separate hearings as there would be
different individuals involved in the financing
for the projects.
Acting Mayor Hodges closed the public hearing
and reopened the regular meeting at 7:51 PM.
Motion /Second: Doty /Forslund to approve
Resolution No. 1348, giving preliminary approval
to an industrial development project under the
'innesota Municipal Industrial Development Act,
ad waive the reading of the resolution.
