The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling
of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council.
The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The
motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous
approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, any item can
be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda
for debate.
ITEM A. Approve Ordinance No. 305 Permit for Mounds View Square
(Robert Eigenheer) and Set Preliminary Plat Public Hearing
for 7:50 p.m., September 14, 1981
ITEM B. Set 1981 Federal Revenue Sharing Budget Hearing for
7:40 p.m., September 14, 1981
ITEM C. Reschedule September 7, 1981 Agenda Session for
September 8, 1981 due to Labor Day Holiday
ITEM D. Schedule Special Work Session for 6:00 p.m., August 31,
1981 to Discuss Proposed 1981 General Fund Budget
ITEM E. Authorize Placement of a Four -Way Stop at Woodale Drive
and Knollwood Drive for a 60 -day Trial Period
ITEM F. Set Bid Opening for Silver View Park Improvements
(fencing, back stops, sod, seed, fertilizer, irrigation,
parking lot, and entrance road) for 1:00 p.m.,
September 24, 1981
ITEM G. Amend Level of Formal Training, Degree D Section of
Evaluation Manual for Supervisory- Administrative - Manage-
ment Positions to Read, "Requires Level of Formal
Training at Bachelor's Degree or Its Equivalent in
