Blanchard to the Salary Subcommittee.

Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported they were
having many applicants coming into City Hall
for transient licenses who were asking for them
before the Council would meet again to approve
them, as is required by ordinance.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to grant a
transient merchant license to Gary Christenson.

Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported there is
a special work session scheduled for 6 PM on
August 31 to work on the budget.
