The Mounds View City Council was called to order 1. Call to Order
by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on September 14,
1981.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hodges,
Forslund, Blanchard and Doty, and Mayor
McCarty.
ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, City
Attorney Meyers and Building and Zoning Official
Rose.
Motion /Second: Doty /Forslund to approve the
'inutes of the August 24, 1981 meeting as
Drrected.
4 ayes 0 nays
1 abstain
Councilmember Hodges stated he was abstaining
from the vote as he had not been present at
the August 24 meeting.
Mayor McCarty asked that Item M be removed
from the consent agenda.
Motion /Second: Hodges /Doty to approve the
consent agenda, minus Item M, and waive the
reading.

Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to table
Item M of the consent agenda, until the
next Council meeting.

.sere was a problem with bushes obscurring
the view at the intersection of Hillview and
Eastwood, as well as a problem with a green
at Greenwood and County Road I. He also
