The Mounds View City Council was called to 1. CALL TO ORDER
order at 7:02 p.m. on October 5, 1981 by
Mayor McCarty.
Members present: McCarty, Forslund, Doty, 2. ROLL CALL
Blanchard, Hodges
Others present: Finance Director Brager
and Clerk - Administrator Pauley.
Mr. Seegar Swanson of Ehlers & Associates,
Inc. appeared before the Council to explain
the details of the sale of Improvement Bonds
for the Silver Lake Woods project and to
request authorization to proceed.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to adopt
Resolution No. 1369, waive the reading
and to authorize staff to open and pre -
tabulate the bids at 3:30 p.m. on
November 9, 1981.

CALLING FOR THE SALE
& ISSUANCE OF
IMPROVEMENT BONDS
Motion Carried
The Council entered into a lengthy discussion 4. 1982 BUDGET
of the proposed 1982 Budget and directed
staff to make various changes to the proposed
budget.
Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to adopt
Resolution No. 1361 contingent upon the
changes directed during the meeting being
reflected in the budget and waive the reading.
