Official Rose reported that the filling at the
Skyline Motel had ceased.
Peter Armstrong, owner of the Skyline Motel,
stated that a half dozen loads of clean fill
had been dumped on the lower portion of his
property, without his knowledge or permission,
and he had been notified that he was in viola-
tion of the ordinance against dumping.
Mr. Armstrong stated that he would be willing
to post a sign stating no filling would be
allowed.
