lution No. 1370 with the modification that it

Meadows; and that subject to Highway, Lots 1 -6, and
that part lying northeasterly of Highway of Lot 13 -15,
Block 1, Laport Meadows for ground water storage tank,
a well and booster station.

to allow for the storage of all vehicles, they
would assign personnel to take home the unmarked
vehicles.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to approve the
request of the Jaycees to use the Police Garage
for a Halloween haunted house.

X373, stating that Dynamic Designers would
like to have released the fee they had paid
for their development agreement which the
City had approved earlier because it was no
longer their intention to build as they are
unable to obtain financing (letter attached).
He stated that the City would retain sufficient
money to cover all expenses incurred by the City
in connection with the agreement.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to approve
Resolution No. 1373 and waive the reading.

Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty that in view of
the retraction of Dynamic Designers for a
building permit, that the City immediately
notify Mr. Poppelaars that his concept
for the development of his property for multiple
dwellings be denied under Ordinance No. 305.

Councilmember Blanchard voted in opposition
to the motion because she felt the City had
previous agreement.
