Councilmember Forslund had no report.
Councilmember Blanchard had no report.
Councilmember Doty had no report.
Councilmember Hodges stated that the Youth
Service Bureau had discussed the law whereby
if a certain number of psychologists are on
the Board, they can get State funding, but
decided at this time that they will continue
referring the youths.
Mayor McCarty asked if the position descrip-
tions would be ready for the next agenda session.
Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied that they
had received a draft description and will
discuss it at the November 2 agenda meeting.
ayor McCarty stated that he will be signing
a letter from the Wetlands Committee to
John Hoeft, engaging help from the Met Council
legal services, if there was no objection from
the Council.
Mayor McCarty stated he was concerned with putting
too many new people on the Park and Rec Commission
and recommended appointing Jerry Linke to the
Planning Commission and reducing the size of the
Park and Rec Commission to a more workable seven
members.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to appoint Jerry
Linke to fill the vacancy on the Planning
Commission.

Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated that he had
not received an update on the I &I study but
had received a copy of an MWCC letter to the
PCA, stating that they felt the study was
valid. He added that TKDA had met with the PCA
nd been told they could meter the MWCC line
or three months, rather than twelve months.
