'lerk /Administrator Pauley reported that he was
necking into having someone from the Police
Department take a defensive driving course, to
qualify as an instructor to teach other City
employees, which could reduce insurance premiums.
Councilmember Blanchard asked that the malfunction
of meters be discussed at the next agenda session.
Motion /Second: Blanchard /Forslund to adjourn 18.
