The Mounds View City Council was called to
order by Acting Mayor Hodges at 7:30 PM on
November 9, 1981.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard
and Doty and Acting Mayor Hodges.
It was noted that Mayor McCarty and Council -
member Forslund were absent.
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/
Administrator Pauley and Building and Zoning
Official Rose.
Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to approve the
:tober 26, 1981 minutes as corrected.

Finance Director Brager reported that the
municipal credit report, giving the City an
"A" rating, was something the City could be
very proud of.
Philip Chenoweth, of Ehlers and Associates,
Inc., reported that bids had been opened earlier
in the afternoon, with the bids being under the
projections. He reported that Bank NW was the
low bidder, with a bid of $1,259,062.51, with .
an interest rate of 10.2553.
Motion /Second: Hodges /Doty to accept the bid
and recommendation of the bonding consultant
for Bank NW, the low bidder, in the amount of
$1,259,062.51, and pass Resolution No. 1384
and waive the reading of the resolution, for
the general obligation bond for Silver Lake
Woods improvements.

clarification of the bids for the Silver Lake
