enter into a contract with Toltz, King,
Duvall and Anderson, Inc. for the preparation
of an infiltration and inflow analysis study,
in the amount of $40,000.

Clerk /Administrator Pauley reported that a
transient merchant /peddler license for Steve
Dickey to sell tools in the City had been left
off the consent agenda. He also reported that
Trans Alaska Seafood Inc. had requested a
license for one day, November 20, for the
Mounds View Swim Club to sell its merchandise
as a fund raiser.
Motion /Second: Hodges /Doty to accept the
applications of Steve Dickey and Trans Alaska
Seafood Inc. and issue them licenses.

Clerk /Administrator Pauley recommended that
*-he November 12 meeting of the Wetlands
Dmmittee be postponed to November 19 as two
„ouncilmembers would be absent. He also
reported that the attorney for the Met Council
would be present at the December 3 meeting.
Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to adjourn the
meeting at 8:55 PM.
