The Mounds View City Council was called to
order by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on
November 24, 1981.
1. Call to Order
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, 2. Roll Call
Doty, Forslund and Mayor McCarty.
It was noted that Councilmember Hodges was
absent, as well as Attorney Meyers.
ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley and
Building and Zoning Official Rose.
Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to approve the
-ninutes of the November 5, 1981 special meeting.

Motion /Second: Forslund /Doty to table action
on the November 9, 1981 minutes, lacking a
quorum.

Motion /Second: Doty /Forslund to approve the
November 16, 1981 special meeting minutes
as corrected.

Ronald O'Connell, 2296 Terrace Drive, asked what
action the Council had recently taken concerning
his driveway.
lyor McCarty explained the Council's thought

meeting. He added that they are waiting for
a legal opinion from the City Attorney before
