Councilmember Doty asked for a clarification of the
change order for Silver View Park. He stated that
he felt once an agreed upon price had been establish-
ed, it should be maintained.
Park Director Anderson explained the change orders
that have been approved to date, and the necessity
for this particular one. He stated that the overrun
was unforeseeable as there was not the anticipated
amount of fill from the ponding area, so fill had
to be brought in. He added that including the
proposed change order, the project is still $7548.85
under budget.
