The Mounds View City Council was called to
order by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on
December 28, 1981.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Hodges,
Forslund and Blanchard and Mayor McCarty.
ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Meyers and Clerk/
Administrator Pauley.
Motion /Second: Hodges /Forslund to approve the
December 14, 1981 minutes as corrected.
5 ayes 0 nays
Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to re-
schedule the public hearings until January
11, 1982.
5 ayes 0 nays
There were no residents requests or comments
from the floor.
Mayor McCarty asked that Items A and E be
removed from the consent agenda. Council -
member Forslund asked that Item D be removed.
Motion /Second: Blanchard /Hodges to approve
the consent agenda, minus Items A, E and D.

Councilmember Forslund stated she felt Item D
should be handled in motion form.
