STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR VINO STOGIES LOCATED AT 2345 COUNTY ROAD H2
WHEREAS, Vino Stogies's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Vino Stogies's Intoxicating Liquor License,
pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension
(BCA).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino Stogies for the period of July 1, 2011
to June 30, 2012, contingent on a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of
Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2011.
