COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR BIG TOP LIQUOR LOCATED AT 2577 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10
WHEREAS, Big Top Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Big Top Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License,
pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension
(BCA).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Big Top Liquor for the period of July 1, 2011
to June 30, 2012, contingent on a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of
Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2011.
