STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUUOR LICENSE FOR
ROBERT'S SPORTS BAR AND ENTTERTAINMENT LOCATED AT 2400 COUNTY ROAD H2
WHEREAS, Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment's Intoxicating Liquor License expires
June 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment's Big
Intoxicating Liquor License, pending a satisfactory background check with the Minnesota Bureau of
Criminal Apprehension (BCA), and full payment of their utility bill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
approve an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment for
the period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, contingent on a satisfactory background check with
the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), and full payment of the City utility bill.
