STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MISCELLANEOUS CASH DONATIONS FOR 2011
WHEREAS, MN Statute 465.03 requires cities to accept donations by resolution;
and
WHEREAS,the City received several miscellaneous cash donations during 2010 as
follows: $100 — 1/10/11; $25 — 2/10/11; $100 — 2/23/11; $25 — 3/15/11; $100 —4/27/11;
$25—5/4/11; $20—5/25/11; $3,673—7/8/11; $40—8/3/11; $20—8/26/11; $50— 11/9/11;
$200 — 11/16/11 for a total of$4,378.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council
gratefully acknowledges and accepts the miscellaneous donations of$4,378 from several
donors for 2011.
