On April 9, 2012, the City Council
adopted Ordinance 870 that amends
Chapters 514 and 1106 of the
Mounds View Municipai Code. These
amendments will ailow massage ther-
apy to be allowed as a home occupa-
tion. A printed copy of the ordinance
is available for inspection during regu-
lar business hours at Mounds View
City Hall and is available on line at
the City's web site located at
