STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING STEP/LONGEVITY ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the following below is a regular full-time employee who is currently
working for the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, her supervisor reviewed her perFormance as it relates to the
responsibilities outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, the
satisfactorily performed
review on file; and
supervisor determined that the following employee below has
in the capacity of her position documented in her perFormance
WHEREAS, this step increase wage adjustment is consistentwith the Mounds View
Personnel Manual and Labor Agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a wage adjustment to the following indicated in the chart.
