RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE PURLIC 'YORKS
BARGAINING UNIT CONTRACT 2003
'VI-lEREAS, the Cit)' Council of the City of Mounds Vicw docs hereby ratify the
Public Works Bargaining Unit Contract for thc year 2003, with the following amcndments.
1. The duration of the contract shall be onc year, calendar year 2003.
2. A general 3% wage inc,'ease effective 1/1/03.
3. Article 19. CLOTHING (Amended to read)
19.1 The CITY will reimburse all employee up to $150 for the purchase of Will tel'
clothing alld/or safety shoes of a killd alld (I'pe approved by the City.
19.2 item deleted
4. For the year 2003 the Employer will contribute $557.55 for employee and family health
insurallce, dell tal ami life insurallce coverage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, docs hereby ratify the Public Works Bargaining Unit Contract for the year
2003, with the aforementioned amendments.
