CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN TAX-FORFEITED PARCELS
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has determined that the following-
described, tax-forfeited land is required for Municipal Surface Water Management:
Lot 4, Block 1, Smuder Addition, PIN 05-30-23-23-0053-0
Subject to Roads; the East 1/2 of Lot 6 Spring Lake Park
Knolls, PIN 07-30-23-21-0009-3
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the above-referenced parcels would be
consistent with the City's Comprehensive and Surface Water Management Plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BElT RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is hereby
authorized to make an application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited land for public
purposes; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is hereby authorized to
file a certified copy of this resolution and application for conveyance of said tax-
forfeited land in the office of the land commissioner.
