RESOLUTION NO. 4553
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER
FOR CITY HALL EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the city of Mounds View is nearing the completion of the
City Hall Expansion and Remodeling Project; and
WHEREAS, the General Contractor has submitted the change order
for all of the items that were deducted and added throughout the
course of the project; and
WHEREAS, the total cost for changes that were made to the
original specifications is $9218.50 or 2.4% of the $386,679 base
bid; and
WHEREAS, the industry standard is to keep changes under 10% of
the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
hereby authorize the city Administrator to approve the city Hall
Expansion project Change Order for $9218.50 to be funded out of
the city Hall Building Improvement Fund, No. 697-4121-303.
