COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1994 LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN
AND 1995 BUDGET CALENDARS
WHEREAS, the City Charter prescribes the requirements for a
Budget Calendar under 7.04; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the requirements of
section 7.04 and determined the following:
June 6, 1994
Draft of Long Term Financial Plan to
Council
June 6, 7,
First Round Department Budget
Discussions with city Administrator and
Finance Director
June 20, 1994
Work Session
Council/Staff Long Term Financial Plan
Revenue Estimate and First Draft of
Budget submitted to Council (Special
Work Session 6:00 p.m.)
July 6, 7,
Second Round Meetings with Departments,
City 1994 Administrator and Finance
Director to review and adjust Draft
Budget.
July 11, 1994
Public Hearing and First Reading of
Ordinance to adopt Long Term Financial
Plan - 7:05 p.m.
July 18, 1994
Special Budget Work Session - 6:00 p.m.
Second Draft of Budget
July 25, 1994
Public Hearing and Second Reading of
Ordinance to adopt Long 1erm Financial

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of
Mounds View adopts the above Calendar for the 1995 Budget
process.
Adopted this 9th day of May, 1994.
