CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
FOR A ONE DAY, OFF-SITE LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMIT
MINNESOTA DEER HUNTER'S ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunter's
Association has submitted an application to the City of Mounds View to conduct a
one-day, off-site lawful gambling event; and
WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunter's
Association has requested to hold this one-day, off-site raffling event at the Bel-Rae
Ballroom in the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, this raffle would take place on August 26, 1994; and
WHEREAS, all paperwork for this application has been properly filed with the
City of Mounds View.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that the North Suburban Deer Hunter's Chapter of the Minnesota Deer
Hunter's Association is approved to hold a one-day, off-site raffling event in the City of
Mounds View at the Bel-Rae Ballroom on August 26, 1994.
Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1994.
