RESOLUTION NO. 4572
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
OF WESTMINSTER CORPORATION
WHEREAS, westminster Corporation has requested city approval
to construct an 83 unit Senior Housing Project at 2701 County Road Ii
and
WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code
requires that a development review be conducted for all residential
developments other than single family detached dwelling units within
the citYi and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following
documents regarding this development proposal:

Planning Application dated January 20, 1994
Letter of request dated February 2, 1994
Site/Landscape Plan dated March 18, 1994 and revised
April 28, 1994
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposal
is in conformance with all applicable requirements of Chapter 1119,
PUD Zoning, of the Mounds View Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council approves the development review request contingent upon the
following:
1) The applicant shall enter into a Development
Agreement with the Mounds View Economic Development
Authority to ensure that the project is completed
according to City approved plans.
2) The proposed Storm Water Control plan shall be
approved by both the City Consulting Engineer and
the Rice Creek Watershed District.
3) provision shall be made for an on-site sidewalk on
the north side of I along the driveway turning east
on north side of I to the intersection of I and
Mounds .view Drive. Width of sidewalk to be built
to city standards.

4) Approval of the Development Agreement would be
contingent upon successful resolution of the
wetlands issue.
