RESOLUTION NO. 4573
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REQUEST
OF C.G. HILL, MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK EAST
WHEREAS, C. G. Hill has requested City approval for a
Development Review for their proposal on the Mounds View Business
Park East site; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is subject to the requirements
contained in Titles 1000, 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following
documents regarding this development proposal:

Planning Application dated April 14, 1994
Site Plan dated April 1, 1994, Revised May 23,
1994
Landscape Plan dated April 1, 1994
Building Elevations dated April 1, 1994
Grading, Drainage, Utility and Erosion Control
Plan dated March 23, 1994
Preliminary Plat of Mounds View Business Park East
Building M Addition, dated March 30, 1994

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements of
the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning commission has
reviewed the request and 'recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
City Council approves the Development Review for C.G. Hill
contingent upon the following: .
1) The applicant shall enter into a Development
Agreement with the Mounds View Economic Development
Authority to ensure the project is completed '
according to City approved plans.
Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1994.
