RESOLUTION NO. 4575
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
OF MULTI-TECH, 2205 WOODALE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Multi-Tech has requested City approval to
construct a 59,970 square foot addition to their existing
facility at 2205 Woodale Drive; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is subject to the requirements
contained in Titles 1000, 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following
documents regarding this development proposal:
1. Planning Application dated October 29, 1993
2. Site/Landscape Plan dated October 4, 1993
3. Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan dated
October 14, 1993
4. Exterior Elevation Plan dated October 8, 1993
5. Floor Plan dated October 27, 1993
6. Electrical Site Plan dated October 27, 1993
7. Illumination Distribution Plan dated October 27,
1993; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
proposal is in conformance with all applicable requir~ments of
the Mounds View Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View
City Council approves the development review request of Multi-
Tech contingent upon the following:
1)
The applicant enter into a Development Agreement
with the Mounds View Economic Development Authority
to ensure development of the project proceeds
according to City approved plans.
