RESOLUTION NO. 4627
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION COMMENDING JUSTIN BJUR
FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE LANDSCAPING PROJECT
AT CITY HALL SOCCER FIELD
WHEREAS, Justin Bjur approached the City of Mounds View
Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department for a community project
for his Eagle Scout requirement; and
WHEREAS, Justin chose to remove an'old landscaping
planter at City Hall Park and replace it with a grassy area to be
used by spectators; and
WHEREAS, Justin organized labor and supervised the
demolition of the old planter and installation of new sod in the
manner requested by Parks staff; and
results!
WHEREAS, Justin completed the project with great
.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds
View thanks Justin Bjur for his diligent work of reconstructing
the speG.tator bern at the City Hall soccer field with special
recognit'ion for, his supervision of the scout labor force.
