RESOLUTION NO. 4637
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILLING OF PART-TIME RECYCLING
INTERNSHIP POSITION
WHEREAS, when the City's Code Enforcement Officer/Recycling
Coordinator departed in April of this year, the Council responded
to the needs of the communi ty by creating a Planning Associate
position that would do full-time code enforcement; and
WHEREAS, the other duties and responsibilities of that position,
recycling, have been partially performed since this reassignment by
other members of the Community Development Department to keep the
program operating; and
WHEREAS, in order to fully resume these duties and
responsibilities, it is proposed an intern be hired; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the position of Recycling
Intern be created, funding to come from 1994 community Development
budget 290-4121-010 and in 1995 SCORE funding to be received from
Ramsey County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this would be a part-time position, up to 19
hours per week, with no benefits.
