CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION
JUDGES FOR THE NOVEMBER 8, 1994 GENERAl/MUNICIPAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is required by law to hold a
General/Municipal Election; and
WHEREAS, any individual who is eligible to vote in an election precinct is
qualified to be appointed as an election judge for that precinct; and
WHEREAS, no more than half of the election judges in a precinct may be
members of the same political party; and
. WHEREAS, all proposed election judges listed on the attached sheet have met
all of the State qualifications for the position of election judge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View does hereby ratify the appointment of election judges made by the
Mayor on October 10, 1994. Said appointments are attached.
BE IT. FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View
authorizes the Clerk-Administrator to appoint an election judge where there is a
vacancy, if necessary.
Adopted this 10th day of October, 1994.

Arlene Werdien has asked to be appointed as an election judge for
the DFL party at the November 8, 1994 General Election. Arlene
has worked as an election judge in the past.
