CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOyUTION ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND BENEFITS
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1989
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Mounds View
desires to establish salaries of non-union employees for
calendar year 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Mounds View that the following salaries shall
be provided effective January 1, 1989.
Clerk-Administrator
Police Chief
Police Lieutenant
Finance Director
Parks, Recreation & Forestry
Director
Police Sargeant
City Planner
Building Official
Public Works Foreman
Accountant
Parks, Recreation & Forestry
Assistant
Administrative Secretary
Police Secretary
Public Works/Community
Development Secretary
Utility Accounting Clerk
Police Clerk-Typist
Receptionist
Community Service Officer
$51,714/year
$48,802/year
$44,018/year
$43, 238/year
$41,314/year
$42,510/year
$32,630/year

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will contribute
up to a maximum of $202.50 per month per employee for Group
Health and Life Insurance, including dependent coverage.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the salaries established
herein shall not in any way alter or affect the salaries of
employees who are covered by a Labor Agreement adopted by
the City Council.
Adopted this 9th day of January, 1989.
