RESOLUTION NO. 2452
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF ~~SEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION COMMENDING KIMBERLY HERMAN FOR OUTSTANDING
SERVICE AS CITY PLANNER
WHEREAS, on September 14, 1987 Kimberly Herman
commenced employment as the City Planner for the City of
Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, during her tenure Kim molded the duties and
responsibilities for the new position of City Planner; and
WHEREAS, Kim assumed all of her duties and responsi-
bilities with a high level of enthusiasm and energy and
concern for the welfare of the citizens of Mounds View.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City
Council of the City of Mounds View on behalf of the
residents and employees of the City of Mounds View commends
Kimberly Herman for her outstanding service as City Planner
and offers its heartfelt best wishes for the future.
