COUNTY OF RAMSEY
CI1Y OF MOUNDS VIEW
RESOLUTION COMMENDING CI1Y FORESTER RICHARD F. WRISKEY
FOR THE 1989 TREE CITY USA AWARD
WHEREAS, City Forester Richard Wriskey has implemented a green tree
canopy program in the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, Richard Wriskey has made it possible for the City of Mounds
View to be a recipient of the Tree City USA designation for seven consecutive years;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wriskey continues to fight tree disease and replaces the
green canopy as necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View
heartily appreciates Forester Wriskey's successful efforts in tree disease control and
reforestation.
.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View thanks
Forester Wriskey for his part in giving the City of Mounds View the opportunity to be
a recipient of the Tree City USA Award for seven consecutive years.
