RESOLUTION NO. 2505
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT FOR
MICHAEL READ, 2208 LOIS DRIVE,
PLANNING CASE NO. 267-89
WHEREAS, Michael Read has requested a wetland alteration
permit to construct a fence in the buffer zone 'of a wetland: and
WHEREAS, the proposed site and garage meets all zoning
ordinance minimum lot area and yard setback requirements: and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed and commented on the wetland
impact and found that the proposal does not have a significant
adverse impact on the wetland.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Mounds View approves the wetland alteration permit
contingent upon:
1. Comments of the City Engineer dated June 16, 1989,
attached hereto.
Adopted this 26th day of June, 1989.
