COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY TJB BUILDERS FOR A
WAIVER OF THE HIGHWAY 10 MORATORIUM DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, TJB Builders has requested a waiver of the
Highway 10 moratorium District requirements to reconstruct the
existing sign located at 2704 Hlghway 10: and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
NELY 275 FT OF PART OF SE 1/4 LYING SWLY OF CL
OF HWY NO 10 AND BET 2 PAR LINES RUN SWLY AT RA
FROM SD CL AND FROM POINTS MEASURED THEREON 765.9
FT AND 865.9 FT NW FROM S LINE OF SO 1/4 (SUBJ TO
HWY) IN SEC 6, TN 30, RN 23: and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
Moratorium District as outlined in Ordinance No. 466: and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed Sectlon
6, the evaluation criteria, which is used to review each request:

WHEREAS, the Mounds Vlew City Council has reviewed the
Plannlng Commisslon's recommendation to deny the request.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council approves the requested waiver of the Highway 10
Moratorium District requirements to reconstruct the existlng sign
at 2704 Highway 10.
Adopted this 8th day of January, 1990.
