RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND BENEFITS
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1990
WHEREAS the Councll of the City of Mounds View
deSlres to establlsh salaries of non-unlon employees for
calendar year 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Clty Council of
the CIty of Mounds View that the followlng salaries shall be
provided effective January 1, 1990.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will contribute
up to a maXImum of $222.50 per month per employee for Group
Health and LIfe Insurance, including dependent coverage.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the salaries establlshed
hereln shall not In any way alter or affect the salarles of
employees who are covered by a Labor Agreement adopted by
the City CounCll.
