RESOLUTION NO. 2589
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 2435
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View
on January 9, 1989 adopted Resolution No. 2435 Establishing
Salaries and Benefits effective January 1, 1989: and
WHEREAS, It has been noted that the salary for the
Clerk-Administrator was incorrectly stated at $51,714 per
year and should have been $53,717 per year: and
WHEREAS, It is not the desire of the Mounds View
City Council to penalize the Clerk-Administrator for an
error contained Within Resolution No. 2435.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Mounds View hereby authorizes retroactive pay
for the period January 1, 1989 through December 31, 1989 In
the amount of $2,003 to correct the error contained Within
Resolution No. 2435.
Adopted this 8th day of January, 1990.
