RESOLUTION NO. 3005
CITY OF MOUNDS VImJ
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was
held at the City Hall, on the 26th day of February, 1990
with the following members present: Blanchard, vJuori, Quick,
Hankner, Paone
and the following members absent: None
Member Paone introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION SETTING SEHER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1990
HHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to
establish sewer rates; and
VJHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
necessary that the City adjust its sewer rates;
NOIJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of
Mounds View, Minnesota as follows:
1. Effective January 1, 1990, the sewer rate will be
$38.25 per quarter per REC (Residential Equivalent
Connection).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the sewer rates
to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually.
The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly
seconded by member Quick and upon a vote being taken,S Ayes,
o Nays, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
this 26th day of February, 1990.
