RESOLUTION NO. 3088
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION SETTING THE WAGE RATE FOR
ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE STATE PRIMARY
AND GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of Mounds View is required
by State Law to hold a State Primary and General Election;
and
WHEREAS, election laws require the appointment of
judges for conducting the election at the precinct level;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View
appointed the judges on August 13, 1990 and wishes to set the
wag rate for the Chairperson for each precinct at $5.50 per
hour and the wage rate for the election judges at $5.00 per
hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the wage rates for
election judges during the September 11, 1990 State Primary
and the November 6, 1990 General Election shall be $5.00 per
hour for the precinct judges and $5.50 per hour for precinct
Chairpersons.
