CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN
SPRING LAKE PARK, BLAINE, AND MOUNDS VIEW
FOR THE PROVISION OF FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Cities of Spring Lake Park, Blaine, and
Mounds View have provided funding, administrative review, and
recommendations to the Spring Lake Park, Blaine, Mounds View
Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the Cities of Spring Lake Park, Blaine, and
Mounds View desire to formalize this relationship through an
inter-governmental agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Mounds View to authorize the Mayor and Clerk-
Administrator to execute the attached Joint Powers Agreement
on behalf of the City of Mounds View.
Adopted this 22nd day of October, 1990.
