COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING WETLAND ALTERATION PERMIT REQUEST BY
EVEREST DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTING TYSON TRUCKING, FOR PHASE III
OF THE PROPOSED TYSON TRUCKING WAREHOUSE EXPANSION LOCATED AT
4825 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 266-89
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the
request by Everest Development, representing Tyson Trucking, for
a wetland alteration permit for Phase III of the proposed Tyson
Trucking warehouse expansion; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 48 of the Mounds View Municipal Code
outlines the criteria for the granting of a wetland alteration
permit; and
WHEREAS, the proposal meets all requirements set forth
in Chapter 48 of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Code allows construction in a wetland with
approval of a Wetland Alteration Permit; and
.. WHEREAS, the development will have minimal or no impact
on the wetland as a result of this proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council approves the requested Wetland Alteration Permit for Phase
III of the Tyson Trucking warehouse expansion, 4825 Mustang Circle,
contingent upon the following:
1. All applicable permits from the Minnesota Department
of Natural Resources and Army Corps of Engineers
must be obtained prior to the effectuation of this
resolution.
2. Any changes necessitated by the above mentioned
permi ts to the submitted grading, drainage and
erosion control plan dated September 25, 1990, shall
be reviewed and approved by the City Council.
