STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND BENEFITS
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1991
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Mounds View desires to
establish salaries of non-union employees for calendar year 1991.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that the following salaries shall be provided effective.
January 1, 1991.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city will contribute up to a
maximum of $250 per month per employee for Group Health and Life
Insurance, including dependent coverage.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the salaries established herein shall
not in any way alter or affect the salaries of employees who are
. covered by a Labor Agreement adopted by the City Council.
