CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OEVELOPMENTREQtJEST BY
ACCESSIBUILDINGCORPORATION, LOT.1"BLOCKl.,
DAILEY KNOLLS, PLANNING CASE NO. 326-91 .
WHEREAS ,I the Accessibuil4ing corporation has reqUested
City approval to construct a duplex on the property legally known
as Lot 1, Block 1, Dailey Knolls; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 59.07'of the Mounds view Municipal
Code requires that a developmElnt review ,be conducted for this
proposal; and
WHEREAS, the C.ityCouncil has reviewed tne following
documents regarding this development:
1) SitePlan. . .
2) Planning Application; and

WHEREAS,. the Planning Commissiop. has reviewed the
request and determined that it is in conformance with all
applicable requirements of Chapter 40; and
WHEREAS, a drainageeasementisprovided\ o.n site;, and
WHEREAS,. tnePlanning commission.hasrecommended
approval of the request by adopting Resolution No. 315...91.
NOW,. THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED . that tne City council of
the. City of Mounds "iew approves the requested development review
subject to the followingconditiqns:
1) That .accesstothe.property be limited to one (ll curb
cut not. exceeding 30. feet or .two.( 2 ) curb cuts. not,
exceeding 12 feet and located a minimum of 40.feet
apart. .
2) That apermit.for the proposed<;urbcut(s) be obtained
from Ramsey County prior to construction.
3) That .alandscape. plan, approved by the City ForElster,
J:;>e provided.
.4) That a final 9raC::lingpl~n, approv~d by the City
Engineer, be provided. .
