RESOLUTION NO. 4108
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF AN ACCOUNT WITH THE
PORTICO US GOVERNMENT MONEY MARKET FUND
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the City of
Mounds View to maximize interest earnings on its temporarily idle
cash; and
WHEREAS, investment in money market funds which invest in US
Government securities is permitted by State law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View that the Finance Director-Treasurer and the
Clerk-Administrator are authorized to open an account with the
Portico US Government Money Market Fund and to invest City funds
in the Fund.
Adopted this 12th day of August, 1991.
